Can you wash your hair with these in… or do you take it off?

I guess you can wash it while you’re wearing it, but it’s kind of like washing your t-shirt while you’re wearing it ;)

It will be much easier to take it off and wash it in the sink or shower, holding it in one hand and washing it with the other.
